This refill is crafted to reuse your Told London porcelain vessel, reducing waste and packaging. We use 100% natural soy wax (vegan, cruelty-free) with no paraffin, phthalates or parabens. Each refill is hand-poured in the UK, delivered in FSC-certified recyclable packaging, and presented in a reusable illustrated cotton bag created by Bag of Ethics® (Supreme Creations) - designed to enjoy a useful second life.

• Before refilling the porcelain vessel, extinguish the candle and let the vessel cool fully.
• Gently loosen remaining wax. Warm the vessel in a lukewarm water bath (no boiling water, no microwave), then lift out the wax and wick tab.
• Do not pour wax down the sink. Wipe residue with a paper towel, then wash with warm, soapy water and dry completely.
• Unwrap and insert the Told London 300 g Refill, ensuring the wick is centred.
• Trim the wick to 5 mm before every light using our Wick Trimmer.
• First burn: let the wax melt to the edges (about 2 to 3 hours) to help prevent tunnelling.
• Burn time per session: 2 to 4 hours. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Place on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, curtains and heat sources.
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings and matches.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not move the candle while lit or while the wax is liquid.
• Extinguish with our Candle Snuffer. Do not use water. Allow to cool and recenter the wick if needed.
• Stop use when approximately 10 mm of wax remains. This protects the porcelain and is the ideal moment to refill or repurpose your vessel.
• When cool, replace the metal lid to keep dust out.
