Told London Wholesale Terms of Service

Effective Q2 2025

These terms apply to all wholesale purchases made by approved stockists, retailers, and distribution partners of Told London. They are separate from our direct-to-consumer Terms of Service and are available upon request or issued with order confirmation.

2. Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available to approved trade accounts only. We reserve the right to refuse wholesale access at our discretion.
3. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening order minimum: £400 / €500 / $500

  • Reorder minimum: £250 / €300 / $300

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed excluding VAT.

  • UK: VAT is charged at the current applicable rate.

  • EU: Reverse charge VAT applies. Import VAT payable by buyer.

  • International (RoW): Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment methods: bank transfer (preferred) or other method by prior agreement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship from our UK fulfilment partner.

  • Lead time: 5–10 business days from receipt of payment.

  • Incoterms: DAP (Delivered At Place) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shipping fees:

    • UK: £25 under £800 / Free over £800

    • EU: €40 under €1000 / Free over €1000

    • USD markets: $50 under $1000 / Free over $1000

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Testers (Not for Resale) Available upon request for display use only:

  • 200ml Diffuser: £18 / €20 / $22

  • 300g Candle: £15 / €18 / $20

  • 80g Candle: £7 / €8 / $8

7. Returns & Claims

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged goods.

  • Claims must be made within 5 working days of delivery.

  • Please inspect goods on arrival and report any issues with photographs.

8. Brand Protection

  • Resale of Told London products on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) is strictly prohibited.

  • Retailers may not alter packaging or branding.

  • All images, product descriptions, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of Told Ltd.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction lies with the English courts.
10. Updates These terms may be updated periodically.
