About our diffuser refills
A refill brings a room back to itself. The porcelain is already yours and the place it stands is already chosen, so the fragrance returns and the house smells the way you like it again. Another can follow whenever you want something different, and the vessel takes it just as well. Both are the same easy decision. The porcelain, the heavy gold lid and the illustrations carry on through either one.
New reeds come with every refill, and they matter as much as the fragrance. Rattan takes up fragrance as it works, so a fresh set gives the new fragrance a clean start. Pour it into the washed vessel, set the reeds through the lid, and the room fills again over the first day. There is nothing to assemble and nothing to work out.
This is how a Told London diffuser goes on. The vessel was made to stay: fine porcelain, a heavy gold lid, illustrations hand-drawn for its place. A refill returns the fragrance to it, fine fragrance for the home, made in England. You invest in the porcelain once and the fragrance goes on returning to it. The empty bottle and its cap are recycled and the packaging is plastic-free and FSC-certified. Refill, don’t replace.
